The gel-filled warming/cooling boot allows cooling and warming without liquid. This prevents the skin from softening and becoming sore. The cooling or warming effect lasts for several hours. For cold application, place the boot in the refrigerator for a few hours, do not allow it to freeze. For warm application, heat the boot in the microwave or in hot water, do not boil.
