The Pura Raza Española mare by Schleich® Horse Club enchants with her long, flowing mane, which is very typical for the horse breed. Her resemblance to the Andalusians is not accidental, because the PREs or P.R.E.s, as they are abbreviated, are a separate breeding line within the Andalusian breed. Since 1912 they have been recognised as an independent breed by the Spanish Breeders' Association. So you can say: All PREs are Andalusian, but not all Andalusians are PREs.
