How can I find out the current status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the option to track your parcel.In your customer account under "My purchases / returns" you can also view the current status of your order as soon as it has been dispatched.
Do I have to send my return back to Germany?

Can I simply hand in my return in person?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Our returns department can only accept and process returns that arrive by post.
