The VIM 3 sets new standards in terms of comfort. Thanks to the double Inmold construction (EPS inner shell firmly welded to ABS outer shell and also the EPS material is covered at the bottom) this riding hat is not only extremely light but also convinces visually. The 6 air inlets at the front and a further 5 air outlets at the back ensure excellent air circulation. The optimal fit is guaranteed by the size adjustment wheel on the back, which can be adjusted to the millimetre and takes the head circumference and individual head shape into account. The inner lining is removable and machine washable at 30° C. Further details are the soft chin and neck strap and the removable, shatterproof hat brim.

Conforms with the VG1-01.040 2014-12 safety standard, which we recommend for leisure riders. When competing, please check with the organiser whether this safety standard is allowed.

Well made, nice to handle, and that is what I have rated my with my 5 stars. Unfortunately the sizing parameters set on the website are inaccurate and the hat was too small for me. There is no larger size in this style. There is a returns policy. In my experience this is very slow. I am still waiting for my refund having returned the item and received confirmation that it has been received.
