I ordered a gift for a friend which went great. However a few weeks later I was sent a huge catalogue for a store that I neither requested nor am interested in. I would have expected a company selling products for animals would give some thought to the environment before cutting down trees to send paper waste through peoples letter boxes. You know you could just include a brochure that said check out our online store right? You know, the same online store I already went to where you got my address from - which again was the billing address and not the delivery address.
